Trinity Works represents an open architecture for the development process within which certain fundamentals have bolstered its inception, nurtured its growth, and directed its future:
Trinity Works was created as a response to fact that there are firms and individuals who love to create, to invest in, and to build projects with value to their community and to the people who use them. These firms and individuals have an inherent curiosity about new markets and new ways to do things. While Trinity Works and its strategic partners have been in the real estate development and the economic development business, collectively, for decades, the common thread that holds the relationships together is a passion for new ways to create value for clients and for investors. Successful projects require the presence of professionalism, experience, and most importantly, passion.
The Trinity Works team follows some sage advice given by an early mentor: “the key to success is to surround yourself with the best talent that you can find; the better the team performs, the better you perform for having brought them together.” Trinity Works attracts the finest talent from across disciplines to execute projects anywhere in the world. Trinity Works has cultivated strategic alliances and relationships with the brightest minds in real estate, who may be called upon for specific tasks – where their talents can be maximized – to create great projects for our partners, clients and communities. Further, while the practice and experience of Trinity Works is global in scope, a conscious choice has been made to only take on work that is interesting and profitable for people who love what they do, in communities where we would raise our own families.
In the development business, every project represents an opportunity for collaboration and creation to overcome obstacles in a pursuit to bring a new product to market. Initiated during World War II, Lockheed’s Skunk Works was a highly classified research department where new aviation products were developed for half a century. The Skunk Works’ engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams brought the world’s most advanced technologies to production. The Skunk Works’ role in the development of aviation was to pioneer revolutionary products, some of which would ultimately go into mass production, but all of which aimed at serving a particular need and creating a greater good. Following the tradition begun by the Lockheed Skunk Works, Trinity Works was founded to prototype individual solutions for the creation of real estate projects. Trinity Works’ strength, however, will not be in the mass production of aviation but in the creation of scalable real estate solutions and products for replication in other markets. Not unlike the designing and manufacturing of airplanes, each real estate project presents a unique set of challenges driven by market forces and physical and environmental barriers. Finding the appropriate solution and marketable product to respond to these challenges is what Trinity Works does best.
