(1989-ongoing) The Hillwood team was originally responsible for all planning, entitlement, and early project development for AllianceTexas. 

AllianceTexas is a 17,000-acre mixed use project that includes the world’s first industrial airport, a 9,600-acre industrial park, the 2,500-acre Circle T Ranch, as well as the 3,500-acre Heritage community.  To date, AllianceTexas has attracted over $5.8 billion in public and private capital investment.  Alliance is acknowledged as one of the most innovative real estate projects in the world and is the winner of the ULI Award for Excellence.
