Carl Starry

Carl Starry joined Trinity Works as the Director of Development in April of 2010 to provide oversight and management of horizontal and vertical development. Carl is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, financing, development, construction management, and asset management. He has over 20 years of combined hands-on construction, construction management, retail development and multifamily development experience with world-leading organizations like Trammell Crow Residential, Palladium Group, and Staubach Retail Services.

Carl's expertise is in large-scale residential and retail developments, and he has had hands-on involvement in all aspects of taking projects from conception to reality. His focus has been on developing, constructing, and managing luxury, high-end, class A+ residential and mixed-use properties including high-rise apartments/condominiums and townhomes, and he is proud of the fact that, for many developments, his teams have been awarded local, regional, and national recognition.

Carl is a graduate of Texas A&M University, holds a Texas Real Estate License, and is a member of TREC, USGBC, and NTCAR.
