Client: Hillwood Development

(1993-ongoing) The Circle T Ranch is a 2,500-acre mixed use suburban community with high end golf and residential enclaves - most notably Discovery Land's Vaquero - as well as corporate campuses anchored by Fidelity Investments and Daimler-Chrysler, and a proposed regional mall. 

Through numerous iterations of concept/site plans, Mr. Manning has been integrally involved with development planning, entitlement, and marketing.
