Clark-Subic*
Client: Base Conversion Development Authority

(1999-2000) 500,000 acres of land comprise the former US Military bases at Clark and Subic Bay. 

The project team carved out the land required for a logistics and industrial corridor that would combine the conversion of the airport at Subic Bay into a container port, the linkage of Subic to Clark via a toll road funded by the Japanese Government, and the redevelopment of Clark Air Force base as an industrial airport and industrial park.  The combined projects would represent a 10,000 acre special economic zone.
