(2003-2005) Kelly Ridge was a 60-acre mixed use master planned project in Mooresville, North Carolina. 

Located between the recently opened Lowes Corporate Headquarters and the Lake Norman Regional Hospital at Exit 33 on I-77, Kelly Ridge was being entitled and prepared for development by the Kelly Family when it was sold to Lowes in 2005.
