Lockheed Martin Offset Programs*
Client: Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems (LMTAS)
(1996-1998) The project team supported the LMTAS in their offset efforts in the Middle East, Central Europe, Latin America and Asia.
The focus of the program was the development of underutilized real estate assets of the customer countries as a means of creating offset value for the purchase of F-16 aircraft.
