(2001-2002) The Government Development Bank (GDB) worked with a private sector team of companies, PR-Tec, in preparation for a strategic development plan for the western region of Puerto Rico. 

The project included planning and development of a 2,000-acre corporate campus adjacent to the Aguadilla Airport owned by the Port Authority of Puerto Rico.  Services involved working closely with PRIDCO (Puerto Rico Industrial Development Corporation) on project marketing strategies and portfolio management for properties in the western region.
