(2000) The assembled team of architects, as well as the entertainment, branding and amusement park specialists redesigned and maximized real estate values on a 6-acre site in the heart of Tokyo. 

The team presented the client with multiple scenarios for the redevelopment of this critical piece of urban infrastructure in downtown Tokyo.
