

Tyler Arbogast joined Trinity Works in 2003. His role with Trinity Works has evolved from project financial analysis to development project management. His exposure to all aspects of Trinity Works’ business units from development to capital markets to consulting has provided him a broad base of client and partner experience across the real estate profession.
Since 2005, Mr. Arbogast has been principally focused on the development of the Edwards Ranch. Established in 1848, the Edwards Ranch represents one of the largest greenfield developments of its kind in the United States. He has been engaged in all aspects of the development of the project including: planning, entitlement, financial analysis and budgeting, infrastructure construction, branding and project marketing.
Mr. Arbogast has conducted extensive research on existing mass transit systems throughout the United States and their Transit Oriented Development projects. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), formerly serving the North Texas District Council of ULI as Treasurer and currently serving as the Vice Chairman for the Young Leaders Group. Mr. Arbogast is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas and a LEED AP.
He has bachelor degrees in both Economics and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
