(1996-2004) Victory is a brownfield redevelopment of 65 blighted acres of downtown Dallas.
When completed, Victory will be home to more than 12 million square feet of retail, residential, office, and hotels. American Airlines Center anchors the Victory project. Isaac’s team was involved in site selection, planning, acquisition, branding, marketing, and development of the 65 acres.
