During his tenure at Hillwood Development, Isaac Manning worked as a founding project team member originally responsible for all planning, entitlement and project development for Alliance. Alliance, Texas is a 16,000-acre mixed use project that includes the world’s first industrial airport, a 9,600-acre industrial park, a 2,500-acre Circle T Ranch, as well as the 3,500-acre Heritage community.  To date, Alliance, Texas has attracted over $4.5 billion of direct private investment.  Alliance is acknowledged as one of the most innovative real estate projects in the world and is the winner of the ULI Award for Excellence.
