Clearfork is a master-planned, mixed-use development with 270 acres of diverse residential options, miles of riverfront access and a carefully curated mix of retail, entertainment and green spaces. Clearfork can accommodate up to 2 million square feet of office space, 1.2 million square feet of retail space and 2,500 multifamily residences. The plans for the Chisholm Trail Parkway, a thoroughfare now under construction that cuts through the middle of the property, had been around for more than 50 years and finally became a reality back in the early 2000s. The Edwards family was faced with the question of how they could best steward this opportunity of this major roadway putting their property on the map. Great planning and infrastructure would enable the family to provide a multi-generational response to the changing Fort Worth landscape.
