Furst Ranch, Flower Mound, TX

Trinity Works worked with Furst Ranch on the planning and entitlement of the Furst Ranch. On behalf of Furst Ranch, Trinity Works was an integral part of the City of Flower Mound’s creation of the Mixed Use Zoning category and ordinance for the town. Furst Ranch was incorporated into the Town’s master plan as one of three mixed use areas of the Town.
