The Riverhills neighborhood will include more than 450 residences at full build out in a range of sizes and densities. Riverhills was designed to exemplify the character of a turn-of-the-century neighborhood in structure, look, and feel. Over fifty acres of parkland are being construction to weave through the five phases of high-end custom homes, allowing all residents to take full advantage of the magnificent vistas and natural surroundings and connecting them to the Trinity River and its 40 mile trail system. Trinity Works has managed all facets of the development, construction and delivery of Riverhills (175 lots to date). Designed after years of research of some of the most successful and cherished neighborhoods, Riverhills was modeled on the ideals of community and lasting quality, coupled with traditional fixtures and modern sensibilities. Trinity Works created the Riverhills Design Guidelines to provide a comprehensive stylistic menu that preserves the integrity, execution and elegant sophistication of the neighborhood.
