Trinity Works was retained by Walsh Ranches to serve as the Master Developer for the 7,200-acre Walsh project. Trinity Works is responsible for the planning and development of the historic Walsh Ranch outside of the 1,600 acres currently under development with Republic Property Group. Working on behalf of Walsh Ranches, Trinity Works is repositioning Walsh to become a regional employment center as the western gateway to the DFW region. In partnership with the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant and Parker Counties, the Aledo and Fort Worth Independent School Districts, Tarrant County College, the State of Texas, Oncor, Atmos and the UPRR, Walsh is competing nationally and internationally for the next generation of advanced manufacturing facilities.
